Field Visit Logs

Create weekly plans with per-client scheduled visits, planned hours, and assigned staff. Submit for admin approval.

Plan Approvals

Admin reviews submitted plans, approves or rejects with remarks. Approved plans feed the efficiency calculations.

Performance Dashboard

Each staff sees their own client-wise, date-wise, and monthly trend — planned vs actual hours and efficiency %.

Team Reports

Admins see staff-wise breakdown: field hours, office hours, matched visits, plan approval status, and visit rate.

From Assignment to Completion

Tasks flow through staff and departments with full tracking — every action, time spent, and remark is recorded for a complete audit trail.

Admin Creates Task

Admin assigns task to a staff member in their branch + department with due date, priority, and dept-specific fields.

Staff Notified

Staff receives an app notification and email instantly. Task appears in their Today/Tomorrow queue.

Staff Works & Transfers

Staff updates status, adds remarks, and transfers to the next staff member when their part is done.

Staff Marks Complete

Final staff marks task Completed. Admin is notified and can transfer to another department admin.

Cross-Dept Transfer

Admin transfers task to another department admin if further work is needed, with remarks.

Executive Views All

Executive sees the complete workflow: who did what, how long, at what date, with export to PDF.

Setting Up Google Authenticator

TaskHub uses Time-based One-Time Passwords (TOTP) via Google Authenticator for every login. Follow these steps to activate 2FA on your account.

First-time users: You will be prompted to set up 2FA on your very first login. You cannot access TaskHub until 2FA is successfully verified.

Install Google Authenticator

Download the Google Authenticator app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) on your smartphone.

Also works with Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.

Log In to TaskHub

Enter your username and password on the TaskHub login page. On first login, you will be redirected to the 2FA setup screen automatically.

Scan the QR Code

Open Google Authenticator → tap the + button → select "Scan a QR code" → point your camera at the QR code shown on screen.

Can't scan? Use the manual entry key shown below the QR code instead.

Enter the 6-Digit Code

Google Authenticator will display a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Enter this code in the verification box on TaskHub and click Verify.

Act quickly — codes expire in 30 seconds. If it fails, wait for the next code.

2FA Active — Every Login

From now on, after entering your password you will be asked for the current 6-digit code from the app. Keep the app installed — you'll need it every time.

Your account is now protected against unauthorised access.
Lost your phone or changed devices?

Contact your Branch Admin or the system administrator to reset your 2FA. They can disable your existing 2FA from the staff management panel so you can set it up again on your new device.
